114 sportsmen paticipated to the International Alanya Mountain Bike Race which was implemented in Kızıl Alan Region. Russian Evgeniy Pechenn from Elit Men category and Ukrainen Alla Boyko from Elite Women category got the first place at the hard running track which was full of natural beauties.
International Alanya Mountain Bike Race which takes place at the programme of the 2010 Calendar of Turkish Cycling Federation and International Race Union was implemented in Kızıl Alan Region.
51 racers in elite men category started the race at 10.30 with the checkered flag sign of Emin Müftüoglu.After 3 minutes,the race of elit women started.Elite women took 4 tours(24 km) around the hard track and elite men took 6 tours(36 km) around the parcure.

(Gaziantep Gençlik Spor) Mustafa Şahin The madals of the racers were given by the President of Turkish Cycling Federation Emin Muftuoglu,national sportsmen Süleyman Okur,businessman Bülent Başaran,deputy mayor Alper Birer,Sports Director of Alanya Municipality Saim Kanlı and the president of ALDOSK Mehmet Peker. The President Emin Muftuoglu declared that International Alanya Mountain Bike Race was very important in terms of determining the racers who would race at 2012 London Olympics.
