International Youth Project named ‘’More Participation More Freedom for Future- Gelecek için Daha Çok Katılım Daha Çok Özgürlük” which is prepared and executed by the cooperation of Alanya Municipality and Alanya Tourism Promotion Foundations and which was financed by the content of Eylem 5.1 is being held between 15- 17 June 2011 in Alanya.
Delegations of project partners 9 countries (Malta, Estonia, Italy, Lithuania, Nederland, Czech Republic, Germany, Latvia, Turkey) and represantatives of project partners corporations attended preparation congress.
Project partners inform about what they did until now and determined a road map for International Youth Symposium that will be in Alanya on September.
On June 16,press conference which was attended by the president of ALTAV Faik Kaptanoğlu, board member of ALTAV, vice chairman of municipality, servants of municipality foreign relations at Alanya Municipality Building.In press conference, president of ALTAV Faik Kaptanoğlu and vice chairman of municipality Abdullah Akbaş informed participants about project and said that project will carry interest for youth. Coordinator of project Sezen Toklu informed about project details.
About content of Project “Gelecek için Daha Çok Katılım Daha Çok Özgürlük-More Participation More Freedom For Future” as part of project, 36 young people of 9 different countries (Malta, Estonia, Italy, Lithuania, Nederland, Czech Republic, Germany, Latvia, Turkey) will implement International Youth Symposium by coming together in Alanya between September 30- October 6, 2011.
In process young people will discuss about the topics which were declared by European Council in 2010 such as coping with poverty and social exclusion which threat development, cause risk for society and young people.
During symposium that will be organised Alanya, countries of project partners will inform about poverty and social exclusion that their countries have.
As participants come together and discuss 3 main topic. These are,
Social exclusion ‘’ Why someone exclude somebody’’
Poverty and employment
‘’How successful do EU improve young? ‘’ Primary aims. How successful does these programs solve problems?
Participants will discuss with experts about policies which were planned to apply about poverty and social exclusion and obtain attendance chance about policies which are produced directly. As part of project, project coordinator with project partners together have established web-site. www.for-future.org
Through forum which is in project’s web site everybody can be member of this forum furthermore members of forum can present an opinion about related topic.
In this field comments that will be presented by somebody will be considered. Symposium will be open to everybody.
