12 students from Heisenberg Gymnasium (Heisenberg High School) from sistercity Gladbeck - Germany fulfilled a sisterhood visit to Mayor Hasan Sipahioglu.
12 students from Heisenberg Gymnasium (Heisenberg High School) from sistercity Gladbeck - Germany fulfilled a sisterhood visit to Mayor Hasan Sipahioglu. Heisenberg High Scool which is a sisterschool of Alanya Anatolian Kiz Meslek High School each year carries out a student shifting program with Alanya.
Accompanied by the group Anatolian Kiz Meslek High School Headmaster Sevket Unal, teachers and students, 3 male and 9 female students guided by Heisenberg Highschool teachers Behcet Soguksu and Simone Siegel visited Mayor Sipahioglu and received information from him. Sipahioglu giving information about Alanya history said “Carrying out a sistership relation is the best example of knowing different cultures and demolishing prejudices. You can see traces of different cultures in a 3000 years of Alanya history. In the meantime the best example of reconciliation is experienced in Alanya. The reconciliation and tolerance culture existed in 13th century still continues in today’s Alanya. Around 20.000 European citizen consisting of German majority chose Alanya for living. In order to carry this culture for future the vaccination is necessary.”
