HOW
TO USE CALL A BIKE
1.CALL A BIKE RENTAL CONDITIONS
a.You must be over 18.
b.You must have a valid Master or
Visa credit card.
c.You must have 150 TL limit on your
credit card for every bike you want
to rent.

HOW TO RENT A BIKE
A.
Bike Number And The Opening Code Is
Retrieved From The Terminal
i.Please choose “Rent a Bike” option
from the main menu.
ii.Read and approve Terms and
Conditions.
iii.Your credit card will be
requested after approval.
iv.Insert the credit card into the
card holder in the Terminal,
magnetic band should be down and on
the right side.
v.Retract your card when the message
appears on the screen.
vi.Enter the security code located
on the back side of your credit
card.
vii.If the bank approves the
information you have entered, a Bike
Number and an Opening Code will be
given to you by the Terminal.
viii.The bike is now rented.
ix.As you will be needing the
opening code to you use the portable
lock on the bike, don’t forget it
until you return the bike to a
terminal.
B.
How To Open The Bike Using The
Opening Code
i.Lift the lock’s metal cover, which
is placed on the left side of the
bike.
ii.Touch the lock’s screen lightly
to activate it.
iii.Wait for the numbers (0-9) to
appear on the screen.
iv.Enter the 4 digit Opening Code on
the screen.
v.If the code you entered is valid
the lock will open.
vi.Pull the lock cable to the
opposite direction to relase it from
the lock.
vii.You can now use the bike until
you want to return it to a terminal.

Pricing
i.For every bike you rent 150TL
limit will be blocked on your card.
ii.You can rent a maximum of 4 bikes
with the same credit card.
iii.You will be charged 0.25 TL for
the first hour.
iv.You will be charged 2 TL per hour
after the first hour until it
reaches 10TL in a day.
v.City bikes are for daily use
purposes, thus youre expected to
return the bike within 24 hours. If
the bike is not returned within 24
hours of rental, for every 24 hours
your credit card will be charged
150TL.

How
To Return A Bike?
A.
Locking The Bike To A Station
i.Take the bike to an
available bike rack in a station.
ii.Insert the steel rod at the rack
into the bike’s lock.
iii.Lift the cover of the bike’s
lock.
iv.After you make sure that the lock
is inserted, press the button on the
side. 4 digit Return code will
appear on the screen.
v.If the button releases itself or 4
digit number doesn’t appear on the
screen, the bike is not locked
properly. Try again or try another
rack.
vi.Enter this code to the Terminal
to complete the rental process.
B.
Entering the Lock Code to Terminal
i.Choose “Return a Bike” option from
the main menu
ii.Enter the Bike Number and Return
Code to the textboxes.
iii.Choose “OK” to continue.
iv.If you forget the Return Code,
you can access it by pressing on the
touch screen of the lock once again.
v.If the information you entered is
correct, the duration of use and
total amount charged will appear on
the screen.
4)
Using the Portable Lock
i.Portable Lock is used to
lock a bike temporarily during rent.
ii.Use the portable lock cable on
the right side of the bike for this
purpose.
iii.Pull the lock cable from it’s
port.
iv.Insert the rod into the lock.
v.After you make sure the lock is
inserted, press the button on the
side to lock the bike.
vi.You can unlock the bike using the
Opening Code given by the Terminal
when you rented the bike.
vii.If you forget the Opening Code,
you can access it with your Credit
Card from a Terminal, by clicking
Account Information option on the
main menu.
5)
Account Information
i.Choose Account Information from
the main menu.
ii.Insert the Credit Card which you
used to rent the bike.
From here you can access the
following information;
i.The code of the bike(s) you have
rented
ii.Opening Code(s) for the bike(s)
iii.Duration of rent
iv.Amount to be charged
Language
Options
The system is available in Turkish,
English and German.
Attention: Do not forget to enter
the Return Code to the Terminal
after you lock the bike to a
terminal to complete the rental
process!
The system will not recognize the
bike unless the the return code and
the bike number are entered in to
the terminal. Your rental period
will be active until the return code
is entered to the system. In order
to get a refund of the deposit, the
bike must be returned to the station
without any damage and the return
code must be entered to the
terminal! The deposit amount will
not be refunded if the return code
is not entered accordingly or the
bike is not returned to a terminal.
