South and north walls of the atelier with square plan is
partly protected. South and west walls of it are placed on a natural rock. In
front of walls, shallow troughs, which two earthenware gutter on west and three

are found, are uncovered. It can be said that there was a “Şırahane (mashing
grape)” or “Şırahmana (boiling molasses)” in this area by these findings and
information received from local people. Next to the place of boiling molasses,
a ruin, which has bonding timber with bond of quarry stone, lime mortar plaster
and partly preserve south and west wall and wood flooring on the ground, can be
seen.
