Operaters of our call center, where you can submit all kinds of suggestions, complaints and problems, shall transfer them to the related departments immediately to solve your problem and will follow it and call back to you.
WE ARE REMOVİNG COMMUNİCATİON BARRİERS
We are removing obstacles for our hearing-impaired citizens and our Solutions Desk’s service line 444 82 07 shall carry out the necessary works for all kinds of complaints or requests of our hearing-impaired citizens by SMS.
TRAVELING TEAM
Experts of our municipalities shall conduct periodic investigations and researches in all the neighborhoods and coordinate them with the Muhtars (local area heads) who shall conduct home visits and neighborhood meetings and listen and transfer your suggestions and complaints to the Solution Desk.

The Alanya Municipality Mobile application is at service of our citizens as an application that allows you to get information about the activities and to perform interactive municipal operations quickly and easily.
